Terms & Service Agreement

Career coaching services

1. Parties and services

This agreement is between DJ Samples / DJ Samples Career Coaching (“Coach”) and the purchasing client (“Client”). Coach will provide the resume, interview preparation, promotion preparation, career coaching, or related services described in the service purchased by Client.

2. Payment

Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client information

Client is responsible for providing accurate information about employment history, education, accomplishments, qualifications, and experience. Coach will not knowingly include false, misleading, or fabricated information in client materials.

4. No employment guarantee

Career coaching cannot guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, compensation increases, job offers, or any other hiring outcome. Hiring and promotion decisions are made by employers and third parties.

5. Nature of services

Services are educational and advisory. Coach does not act as an employer, recruiter, attorney, human resources representative, employment agency, financial advisor, or licensed counselor.

6. Employer independence and confidential information

Services are provided independently and are not sponsored, endorsed, authorized, or approved by any current or former employer of Coach. Coach will not intentionally disclose confidential, proprietary, or non-public information belonging to an employer or third party.

7. Confidentiality

Coach will make reasonable efforts to keep information provided by Client private and will not knowingly publish personally identifiable client information without permission, except when disclosure is required by law.

8. Scheduling

Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule a live session. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as completed unless otherwise agreed.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the posted Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once substantial work has begun on a written deliverable or coaching package, fees for work performed are generally non-refundable.

10. Client responsibility

Client is responsible for reviewing all final materials before submitting them to an employer or other third party and remains responsible for all career and employment decisions.

11. Limitation

Client acknowledges that employment decisions and career outcomes involve factors outside Coach’s control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coach is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from Client’s use of the services.

12. Electronic agreement

By purchasing services, checking an acceptance box, or otherwise electronically accepting these terms, Client confirms that they have read and agreed to this agreement.
