Live sessions
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Resume and written services
A full refund may be requested before work begins. Once work has begun, fees for completed or substantially completed work are non-refundable.
Packages
If a package contains multiple services, any approved refund may be reduced by the standard price of services already performed.
Coach cancellation
If DJ Samples must cancel a live session, the client may choose a rescheduled appointment or a full refund for that session.
Billing issues
Clients should contact the business directly first so there is an opportunity to correct billing or service issues.
